Emaar to Build a Beach in Dubai Creek Harbour

With new and exciting developments such as the next world’s tallest tower, a shopping mall twice the size of Dubai Mall, and a fancy suburb tagged as “the new Riviera of the Middle East” already shaping up to become THE place to be in Dubai, Emaar is yet again raising the aesthetic bar a notch higher as it looks to build no less than a beach at the Dubai Creek Harbour.

The AED 3.65-billion development is nowhere anywhere near inspired by form over function, as its developer Emaar envisions the bustling suburb to exemplify the “The Future of Living.”

Among the many things that distinguish the tech-forward suburb from other developments in the city include its greener affinity in the mix of man-made creations such as giant trees, the world’s largest choreographed fountain system, state-of-the-art residences, and the world’s “new” tallest building.

Surely, Emaar knows what fancy means – and with this understanding, the property giant also looks to give a new definition to urban lifestyle, converging city living and a vacation lifestyle.

The Dubai Creek Harbour which will be spread over six square kilometres – which is twice the size of Downtown Dubai will be located near the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
