DUBAI: Dubai residents and motorists can complete selected police procedures at participating fuel stations across the emirate.
The “On-the-Go” program allows people to seek help while on the road instead of visiting a traditional police station.
It operates through Dubai Police’s partnership with ENOC, ADNOC, and Emarat.
An earlier version of the program offered six services at 138 fuel stations.
However, the latest official update from Dubai Police, published in May 2026, says the program has expanded to eight services and 158 fuel stations.
Eight Services Now Offered on the Road
Residents can use participating stations for the following services:
- Minor traffic accident reports
- Accident reports against an unknown party
- Lost-and-found reports
- Police Eye reports
- eCrime reports
- Vehicle repair support
- Labour complaints
- Assistance for people of determination
An accident against an unknown party may involve damage to a parked vehicle when the responsible driver cannot be identified.
Police Eye allows members of the public to report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
The eCrime platform is used for reporting online offences that affect individuals or property.
Thousands Have Used the Program
Dubai Police said 7,762 people had used the eight services by May 2026.
This included 3,981 minor traffic accident reports and 1,375 reports involving an unknown party.
Authorities also recorded 2,013 lost-and-found reports, 296 Police Eye reports, and 97 cybercrime reports.
More than 23,800 people from partner organisations received training to help customers use the services.
The program aims to reduce visits to police stations and speed up simple procedures, especially after minor road accidents.
It can also help clear accident scenes faster and keep traffic moving.
How Residents Can Find a Service Point
Residents should download the official Dubai Police Smart App or visit the Dubai Police website to check available services.
The app uses location features for tools such as accident reporting, Police Eye, and My Map.
Service availability may depend on the fuel station and the type of report.
Residents should check the app before travelling to a station.
