PHILIPPINES: LANDBANK clients can now send money online without paying InstaPay and PESONet transfer fees starting July 7, 2026.
The bank said all online fund transfers made through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App and iAccess will be free for retail clients.
The zero-fee policy also covers Overseas Filipino Bank clients worldwide.
This means OFWs with OFBank access can also send funds without paying transfer charges through covered digital channels.

Free Transfers Through LANDBANK App and iAccess
LANDBANK said the move allows retail clients to send money at no cost using its online platforms.
The free transfer policy applies to InstaPay and PESONet transactions.
InstaPay is often used for faster transfers, while PESONet is commonly used for larger or scheduled fund transfers.
For Filipino families, this can help reduce small but repeated charges when sending money for bills, savings, allowance, or business needs.
LANDBANK said the policy is part of its push for a cost-free digital banking system.
OFBank Clients Abroad Also Covered
The bank confirmed that the same zero-fee policy applies to Overseas Filipino Bank clients worldwide.
This is useful for OFWs and Filipinos abroad who manage funds for family members in the Philippines.
It may also help those who regularly transfer money between bank accounts for household expenses, school payments, loan payments, and small business needs.
LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz said the bank wants its services to support workers, small business owners, and overseas Filipinos.
She said the bank’s focus is to keep its platforms secure, reliable, and accessible.
From Government Payments to Daily Transfers
The latest move follows LANDBANK’s earlier step on June 1, 2026, when it waived fees for eligible person-to-government transactions through QRPh.
With the July 7 update, the bank is extending the zero-fee setup from government payments to everyday retail fund transfers.
LANDBANK said clients can now manage personal finances and government transactions through one account without extra transfer costs.
Why This Matters for Filipino Families
LANDBANK Chairman and Finance Secretary Frederick D. Go said every peso saved on transfer fees can be used by families for daily needs or by businesses for growth.
The move also supports the government’s goal of making digital banking more affordable and easier to access.
It is aligned with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Circular No. 1238, which covers digital transaction pricing.
For users, the next step is simple.
Before sending money, check that you are using the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App, iAccess, or OFBank’s covered digital service.
Also review the transfer details before confirming, especially the recipient name, account number, amount, and transfer type.
