The Reintegration Profile is an online assessment and case-management tool for returning overseas Filipino workers.
It records the worker’s experience, skills, family situation, financial needs, and future plans. OWWA uses this information to recommend a reintegration pathway, assign the next steps, and make referrals to government or private partners.
The portal also connects online applicants with Migrant’s Brew Alagang OWWA Centers, which combine welfare, training, employment, and business services in one location.
Who Can Use the Portal?
The service is mainly designed for:
- OFWs who are preparing to return to the Philippines
- OFWs who have recently returned or been repatriated
- Former OFWs looking for work or livelihood support

The portal organizes reintegration support into three main areas.
Kalinga: Welfare and Stability
The Kalinga services may include psychosocial first aid, mental health referrals, medical support, crisis assistance, and help accessing social protection.
OFWs may also be assessed for the Welfare Assistance Program, MEDplus, and the reactivation or enrollment of PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG accounts.
Kaalaman: Training and Readiness
Returning workers may receive skills assessment, career mapping, and referrals to TESDA or partner training programs.
Other services include financial literacy sessions, certification support, business preparation, and cooperative or entrepreneurship orientation.
The Kaalaman Academy also offers free learning materials. Its listed course covers the Balik Pinas! Balik Hanapbuhay! livelihood program.
Kabuhayan: Jobs and Business Support
OFWs looking for employment may use the Trabaho Portal, which gathers opportunities from PhilJobNet, DMW-approved job orders, and OWWA-verified private partners.
Support may include résumé preparation, interview scheduling, job fairs, and placement referrals.
The Kabuhayan Portal offers business coaching, registration guidance, product development, market linkage, digital selling support, and possible access to financing from Small Business Corporation and partner institutions.
How to Create a Reintegration Profile
Follow these steps:
- Visit reintegration.owwa.gov.ph.
- Select Register as OFW.
- Enter your email and create a password.
- Complete your personal information.
- Add your deployment and arrival details.
- Answer the questions about your reintegration goals.
- Select the assistance or services you may need.
- Review your answers and accept the data-processing consent.
- Select Create My Reintegration Profile.
Use an active email address and contact number because a case officer or regional center may use them to reach you.
What Information Should You Prepare?
Applicants should have the following details ready:
- Passport number and personal information
- Philippine contact number and address
- Country and occupation of employment
- Arrival date and flight number, if available
- OFW category and OWWA membership status
- Years of overseas work experience
- Reason and mode of repatriation
- Educational background and skills certificates
- Preferred work location and employment sector
- Details of an existing business, if any
- Immediate medical, transport, accommodation, counselling, or financial needs
- Employment, business, financing, or training goals
Personal entries should be accurate and updated. The form says submitted information is encrypted and used for case management.
What Happens After Registration?
OWWA will assess the profile and may place the OFW under the Trabaho, Negosyo, or Hybrid pathway.
The worker may then receive a case officer, training or coaching referrals, job matching, welfare support, or financing screening. The portal says progress may be monitored after three, six, and 12 months.
Registration does not guarantee a job, loan, cash grant, training slot, or other benefit. Every program has its own qualifications, documents, assessment, funding, and availability.
