DUBAI: Dubai residents can now view and pay eligible fines from different authorities through one feature on the DubaiNow app.
Digital Dubai has introduced the “Pay All Fines” service to help users check and settle fines in one place instead of using several websites, apps, or service centres.
The feature may cover traffic fines, parking violations, Salik-related penalties, and other eligible government fines linked to the user’s Emirates ID.

One Place for Different Dubai Fines
For many residents, fines can come from different authorities.
A driver may have a traffic fine, a parking violation, or a Salik penalty.
Before, users often had to check different platforms to know what they owed.
With the new DubaiNow service, eligible fines can be shown in one list.
The app can display the number of outstanding fines, the type of each fine, and the total amount due.
How the New Feature Works
- Residents must first download the DubaiNow app on iOS or Android.
- They can sign in using UAE Pass or create a DubaiNow account.
- New users may be asked to provide details such as full name, date of birth, Emirates ID number, nationality, mobile number, and email address.
- After logging in, users can open the “Pay All Fines” option from the home screen.
- The app will then show eligible fines linked to the user’s Emirates ID.
According to the report, users do not need to enter a vehicle registration number because the service is connected to the Emirates ID.
Payment Options Inside the App
After checking the fines, users can complete payment through the app.
Available payment methods may include debit card, credit card, and digital wallet services.
Once the payment is successful, the app will show a confirmation notification.
This can help residents keep better track of payments and avoid missing fines that may affect future transactions.
