Breaking News. A fire broke out in Al Quoz industrial area in Dubai today – Wednesday – 16th September 2020.

The Dubai Civil Defense team received an emergency call on a Wednesday afternoon and firefighters rushed to the scene.
The fire broke out in a warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3.
According to a post shared by UAE_BARQ news, the warehouse contained paper and plastic materials. Authorities were able to put the fire out at 2:15pm.

The Cabinet has issued a Resolution obliging residential homeowners to install fire detectors, subscribe to civil defence e-system.
The Council of Ministers issues a decision requiring residential homeowners to install fire detectors and participate in the electronic system of civil defense. The decision comes in light of the government’s efforts and the keenness of the leadership in the UAE to preserve the lives and properties of citizens and residents, provide the greatest amount of public safety, and protect society from the risk of fire.
