Riyadh, SAUDI ARABIA – On August 23, 2025, during evening operations, Riyadh Region Police arrested five Filipinos who were allegedly breaking into homes and stealing personal belongings from victims. According to a statement on X from the Ministry of Interior Saudi Arabia, authorities recovered stolen personal items that had been taken from the victims’ homes. Additionally, police seized methamphetamine, commonly known as “shabu,” from the suspects, adding drug possession charges to their alleged crimes.

The recovery of both stolen goods and illegal substances suggests the arrested individuals may have been involved in multiple types of criminal activity beyond simple theft. Authorities have taken all necessary legal measures against the accused individuals, and they have been formally referred to the Public Prosecution for further legal action.
