In Advisory No. 08, the Migrant Workers Office announced that the plastic Philippine driver’s licenses processed by the Land Transportation Office are now available for pick up at its Dubai office.
The licenses were processed during the 3rd leg of the OFW Serbisyo Caravan held at Conrad Hotel Dubai on January 10 and 11, 2026.
Who Is Affected
This applies to successful applicants who completed their driver’s license transactions during the January caravan.
Applicants are advised to check the official list of successful clients before going to the office. Separate PDF lists are available for:
• January 10, 2026 applicants
• January 11, 2026 applicants
The lists can be accessed through the MWO Dubai website.
How to Claim the License
Claimants may personally pick up their driver’s licenses at MWO Dubai during regular office hours or Ramadan timings.
Those who cannot appear in person may authorize a representative. The representative must present:
• A written authorization letter
• Copy of the representative’s valid ID
• Copy of the applicant’s passport or Emirates ID
All IDs and authorization documents must be shown to security personnel to gain entry into the MWO premises.
Once inside, claimants should proceed to Counter 3, Room 12 for the release of their license.
Why This Matters
For many overseas Filipino workers, securing a valid Philippine driver’s license remains important for future travel, employment requirements, or eventual return to the Philippines.
If you processed your license during the January OFW Serbisyo Caravan, you may now claim your physical card. Those who are unsure should first verify their names in the published lists before visiting the office.
