Who is affected
Travelers flying international routes through NAIA in late March and early April should take note of the changes. This includes overseas Filipino workers, business travelers, tourists, and returning residents.
Passengers who head to the wrong terminal may experience delays, missed flights, or additional travel time between terminals.
What passengers should do
Airport authorities strongly advise travelers to:
- Confirm their assigned terminal directly with their airline
- Arrive at the airport early, especially during the transition period
- Monitor official airline announcements for updates
The terminal reassignment is part of efforts to streamline airport operations and improve overall passenger experience at NAIA.
For now, travelers with flights on or after March 29 should double check their booking details before heading to the airport to avoid confusion.
