Family Informed, Assistance Ongoing

The Philippine government confirmed that the victim’s family has already been informed. The Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv is now providing full support, including coordination for the early repatriation of her remains.

Officials said the process may face delays due to the current travel situation in the region.

The family has asked for privacy as they grieve.

Rising Risk for Filipinos in Israel

This latest incident highlights the growing danger in affected areas. The conflict has intensified following military actions involving Iran, which triggered retaliatory missile strikes.

According to the embassy, this is already the third Filipina casualty since the conflict began last year, raising concern among Filipino communities abroad.

Message from the Government

The DFA expressed deep sorrow over the incident and extended condolences to the family. Philippine Ambassador Aileen Mendiola also reached out to offer support and ensure assistance is delivered.

The government is continuing to monitor the situation closely and coordinate with local authorities.
