How to Apply for an ADCB Credit Card in the UAE

Now that you have seen a variety of credit cards offer by ADCB, the next step is to apply for one. There are several ways for you to apply for a credit card from ADCB. You may apply onlinevisit the bank, or call your bank’s hotline number(s).

For online application, you just have to visit the ADCB’s official website where you can click your credit card of choice to know more about its features, benefits, and requirements. Once you’ve decided on which credit card to get, simply click on the ‘Apply’ button, fill in the required details, submit your application and wait for the bank officials to verify the information you provided. Based on the eligibility criteria of the applicant, they will decide whether you will get the credit card or not.

Either way, you may also opt to visit your bank and fill out an application form on-site or contact the bank to help you apply for a credit card of your choice.

How to Pay ADCB Credit Card Bill in the UAE

To keep things and easy and convenient for ADCB credit cardholders, it is offering several payment channels for its credit cardholders. You can choose to pay your credit card bill online, or payment via Mobile banking app or via over-the-counter option:

  1. ADCB Personal Internet Banking: To access this service, simply click the “Credit Card Payment” option under the “Islamic Credit Card” menu to pay for your credit card balance.
  2. Mobile Banking App: In your ADCB Mobile Banking App, select the credit card that you wish to pay for under the “Manage your Credit Cards” tab.
  3. Over-the-Counter Payment/ATMs with a cash deposit facility
  4. Enroll your card under the ADCB’s auto-debit Program: Set up auto-debit instructions to make payments from an ADCB Islamic Banking Current or Savings Account. To activate the auto-debit feature, you may call 600 562626 or visit the nearest ADCB branch.

Alternatively, you can also make payments at ENOC/EPPCO, Al Ansari Exchange, or at LuLu Exchange branches. 

Note: There is a small transaction fee of AED 5 per payment transaction for bill payments through partner payment locations such as exchange houses and ENOC/EPPCO locations.
