As the temperatures are rising in the UAE, we all need to be more vigilant in terms of accidents and tragedies. Yesterday, a fire broke out in a residential tower in Sharjah and workers were evacuated, fortunately, no casualties were reported.
Now, a building has caught fire in Abu Dhabi. As per report from Khaleej Times, the fire allegedly took place in Al Nahyan area.
As per a recent update from UAE Barq news, they reported that emergency operations are underway to put out the fire. Authorities have advised residents to stay away from the area to avoid danger.

Abu Dhabi Civil Defense teams have managed to control a fire in Al Mamoura area in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the colling process is underway. The Abu Dhabi Police and the authority call on the public to stay away from the fire scene and give way for police patrols, civil defense teams, and ambulances.

A post from one of the comments in this Khaleej Times FB post mentions that the user was in an opposite area of Al Nahyan and she could see the flames.
“I am in the opposite area of Al Nahyan and I could see the flames ? I hope everyone is safe ??”

Abu Dhabi Civil Defence and rescue authorities have rushed to the scene to cordon the area and put out the fire.
