We had dinner at Carnival by Tresind located at Burj Daman building in DIFC one evening. This is a fine dining restaurant that offers a unique experience to Indian food. If you’ve watched Chef’s Table on Netflix, the food concept in terms of presentation — because the restaurant aims to dazzle and make the meal not only about the food, but the overall set-up.
Carnival by Tresind has always maintained a high rating in the popular Zomato food review site.
They offer a vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu so guests have a choice depending on their preferences. Another thing to note is that they always try to offer something new every season so guests have something different every time they visit.

This Season, the concept is called “Books” and they offer a Bookmark tasting menu where dishes are served in book covers. The staff will share the story behind the dish and explain it to you beforehand.

Given that there are many Indian restaurants in Dubai (as majority of the expat population are Indians), this is great that they have this entertaining concept available for residents and visitors to experience a playful yet classy way of serving food.
