What is a Black Point on Your Driver’s License?
From this list below, you might wonder what a ‘black point’ is on you driver’s license. Well, aside from having to pay the Fine, there is a ‘blackpoint’ system which was launched to promote safety when driving in the city.
Basically, this is like a point system attached to your license or vehicle where if you acquire a number of black points, you will be banned from driving a vehicle for a certain period of time (maybe one year). The black points will be added to your record and will have corresponding consequences as well.
This means that even if you pay the fine, there is still a possibility of you getting banned from driving in the city. So please be careful and always be alert when driving!
