Travelling isn’t always about the place. It’s mostly about the experience. For visitors who wish to take in a piece of Arab culture on their next trip in the UAE, there’s much to look forward to this year as there will be an upgrade waiting for you on your travel itinerary here in the UAE.
When we think of Arab culture, we can’t separate the influence of religion to the customs and traditions of people living in countries like the UAE. Even if there’re plenty of places to research about a certain culture (hint: the internet), nothing beats seeing it for yourself and understanding a culture through experience.

Special “immersive” tours to iconic and historical mosques in Abu Dhabi will soon be offered to tourists and residents as a means to promote cultural tourism, as shared in a report by the Khaleej Times.
Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT-Abu Dhabi) has partnered with the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (Awqaf) to highlight the various stages of development and proliferation of mosques in the city.
