The last major part of the design in the Dubai Expo 2020 was unveiled today and this area will have a dome-shaped central hub named as Al Wasl Plaza.
Al Wasl means ‘connection’ in Arabic and reflects Dubai’s goal of bringing people together at the Expo as well as bringing together the other aspects of the site which includes 3 themed districts and main concourses.

Expo 2020 Dubai will be launched on 20 October 2020, and will run for 6 months. Construction of the Al Wasl Plaza as well as other locations in the site is expected to be finished by the end of 2019.
