Dubai has announced that businesses will resume operations including gyms and cinemas, starting Wednesday, 27th May 2020. Hence, this pushes the National Sterilization Program hours back to 11pm (instead of 8pm). The schedule for the sterilization measures will begin from 11pm to 6am. During these hours, the public is advised to stay home.

This announcement was made following a virtual meeting of Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management chaired by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council.
This decision was shared on the official Twitter account of HH Sheikh Hamdan, under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
People will be allowed to move from 6am to 11pm and businesses/establishments (including gyms, cinemas) will reopen.
During sterilization hours, everyone is advised to stay home.
