The poll showed that 33% of adult Filipinos were satisfied with Marcos’ performance. Meanwhile, 49% said they were dissatisfied, while 18% were undecided.
This gives Marcos a net satisfaction rating of negative 15. SWS classifies this as “poor.” Net satisfaction is computed by subtracting the percentage of dissatisfied respondents from the percentage of satisfied respondents.
In the November 2025 survey, 40% were satisfied, 43% were dissatisfied, and 17% were undecided. At that time, Marcos had a net satisfaction rating of negative 3, which was classified as “neutral.”
New Personal Record Low for Marcos
According to SWS, the March 2026 result is Marcos’ new personal record low. It passed his earlier low of negative 12, recorded in March 2025.
The decline shows a 12 point drop from November 2025 to March 2026. For ordinary readers, this means public satisfaction did not only fall slightly. It moved from neutral into poor territory.
