For the first time in history, runners took part it in the Dubai Run on Sheikh Zayed Road. As one of the events of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, the famous Dubai road was closed for participants on November 8, 2019.
The run includes a 5-km Fun Run and a 10-km Run, with both routes starting and ending at Dubai World Trade Centre. The event was FREE to attend.
The Government of Dubai Media Office has posted pictures of the run which showcases a large number of people who attended.
