The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Dubai has announced that the Batch 4 online application links for the DMW one-time financial assistance for OFWs are now closed.
This comes after all 1,100 available slots were quickly filled in less than 25 minutes (as per latest edit update from MWO Dubai’s FB page).
The update was posted through the official MWO Dubai Facebook page, following the release of MWO-DUBAI ADVISORY NO. 13-D, SERIES OF 2026.
The official advisory is titled: MWO-DUBAI ADVISORY NO. 13-D, SERIES OF 2026
Its opening paragraph states:
“In reference to Migrant Workers Office – Dubai and Northern Emirates (MWO-Dubai) Advisory No. 13, Series of 2026, on the Provision of Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) One-Time Financial Assistance to OFWs Affected by the Middle East Crisis, dated 18 April 2026, the MWO-Dubai will open Batch 4 Online Applications on 08 May 2026, at 08:00 A.M., with a total of 1,100 slots.”

Important Reminder from MWO Dubai
MWO Dubai earlier said that applications for this program are processed online only. It also reminded workers to submit only one application, since multiple submissions may lead to automatic disapproval.
Applicants with approved requests will receive notice for payout through Al Ansari remittance centers which has over 286 branches in the UAE.
What OFWs Can Do Next
For OFWs who were not able to secure a slot in Batch 4, the best step is to wait for further announcements from the official MWO Dubai channels in case a new batch opens.
DubaiOFW Note: A portion of the applications may still be deemed invalid, incomplete, duplicated, or ineligible during the review process. These rejected applications could potentially be deducted from the total count against the 3,271-slot budget, which might create opportunities for additional qualified applicants. However, this is subject to the actual results and decisions from MWO Dubai.
It is important to monitor updates regularly and prepare the needed documents early in case another application window becomes available.
Final Note
The strong response to Batch 4 shows that many OFWs in Dubai and the Northern Emirates continue to seek support during this difficult time.
Since the 1,100 slots are already full, interested applicants are advised to stay alert for the next official advisory from MWO Dubai.
