The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai has officially closed Application Form No. 2 for the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) One-Time Financial Assistance program. The office confirmed in an update from their official Facebook Page.
The financial assistance initiative provides targeted support to migrant workers affected by the recent crisis in the Middle East. MWO Dubai opened the second batch of applications with a strict limit of 1,000 slots.
Due to high demand from the OFW community, the allocation was reached quickly. To ensure fairness, officials previously reminded applicants to submit only one form, as multiple submissions result in automatic disqualification.
OFWs who missed the opportunity to secure a slot during this round will have another chance next week. MWO Dubai announced that a new online application link will go live on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
The office advises workers to prepare their necessary documents in advance to ensure a smooth application process when the new form opens. The MWO continues to monitor the situation and will provide further updates through its official channels to assist affected Filipinos across the region.
