Airlines must offer you one of the following:

Free Meals and Hotel Stay: When You Can Claim Them
If the delay becomes longer, support increases.
Airlines must provide:
- Meals and drinks
- Access to communication (calls or internet)
- Hotel stay if overnight delay is needed
- Transport between airport and hotel
This applies once delays pass certain time limits under passenger welfare rules .
Special Priority for Vulnerable Passengers
Some passengers must receive faster and better support.
Airlines are required to prioritize:
