UAE Announces 3-Day Islamic New Year Break
The UAE has announced Monday, June 15, 2026, as a public holiday for public and private sector employees to mark Islamic New Year. Since the holiday follows the regular Saturday and Sunday weekend, many workers will get a three-day break. Work resumes on Tuesday, June 16.
