BREAKING: Massive Fire Erupts in Sharjah Skyrise Tower

This evening, May 5, 2020 – Tuesday a massive fire broke out in a high-rise residential tower in Al Nahda, Sharjah.

Videos shared on social media have been posted online showing a skyrise building engulfed in flames.

According to a report from Khaleej Times, the Sharjah authorities have put out the massive fire that engulfed the 40-floor Abbco Tower located in Al Nahda area.

Ambulances and fire department quickly arrived and worked to put the fire out.

Residents were immediately evacuated. No casualties have been reported.

The cause of the fire has not been reported as news is still developing. Please stay tuned for more updates.
