DUBAI, May 5, 2026 — The third online application form for the DMW One-Time Financial Assistance for affected overseas Filipino workers in Dubai and the Northern Emirates opened at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, through MWO-Dubai’s official Facebook page. The form offered 1,000 slots, but these were filled not long after the link was posted.
MWO-Dubai later updated the same Facebook post 27 minutes after to inform applicants that the link has been closed and all slots for Application Form No. 3 were already full. When you try to access the link, it says “Access Denied”.

Application Link Batch 3
Application Form No. 3 was released for OFWs in Dubai and the Northern Emirates affected by the Middle East crisis. The assistance is part of the DMW One-Time Financial Assistance program intended to support eligible workers impacted by the situation.
According to the posted guidance, the application window was set to remain open until 11:59 p.m. on May 5, 2026, or until all available slots were taken, whichever came first. Since the 1,000-slot limit was reached early, the form closed ahead of the end-of-day cutoff.
MWO-Dubai’s Reminder to Applicants
MWO-Dubai reminded applicants to submit only one application. The office said this was to give other OFWs a fair chance to apply for the limited slots.
Officials also reminded that:
- Filing more than one application may lead to automatic disapproval or denial
- Applicants should wait for the next posting if they were not able to secure a slot
- Updates and official links should be checked only through MWO-Dubai’s official channels
Next Schedule for Online Application Link
For those who were unable to apply under Form No. 3, MWO-Dubai said it would post a new online application link on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
This means affected OFWs who missed the latest batch may still have another chance to apply once the next form becomes available.
