Traveler Did Not Visit a UAE Health Facility
According to the ministry, the concerned traveler did not visit any healthcare facility during his stay in the UAE.
The ministry also said UAE authorities are working closely with the World Health Organization and relevant international health authorities regarding the case.
This coordination is part of the country’s health monitoring system, especially when global health concerns involve travel between countries.
Public Health Measures Already Activated
The ministry said the UAE has already activated its public health measures under its preparedness and surveillance framework.
These steps include:
• Risk assessment
• Contact tracing

• Coordination with international health partners
These actions follow national procedures and international standards.
Health officials said the country continues to maintain advanced levels of health preparedness. This means authorities are still watching global health developments and staying ready in case new information becomes available.
Residents Told to Avoid Rumors
The Ministry of Health and Prevention also reminded the public not to share rumors or unverified information.
