Dubai is among “The World’s 20 Best Cities for Architecture Lovers,” which was released recently by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. The prestigious list puts the emirate alongside Athens, Barcelona, Rome, Seattle, Miami, and other cities that feature fascinating architecture.
The international magazine described Dubai as a home to contemporary architecture. “Nothing can define a place quite as distinctly as its architecture,” the publication stated. “The visual design of a city can transport you through time, while planting you firmly in a very specific place.”
Dubai Named as One of Best Cities for Architecture Lovers
“Over the course of ten years, Dubai’s landscape has transformed,” the travel magazine revealed. “Home to the world’s tallest building, a seven-star hotel (the Burj al Arab), and the only man-made archipelago modeled after the seven continents, Dubai’s development has lured top contemporary architects like Zaha Hadid and Rem Koolhaas to feed into its outdoor design frenzy.”
