Mental health is just as important as physical fitness. As part of your overall “well being,” there may be times when you need to consult a specialist who can help: a psychologist. Fortunately, there is quite a number of psychologists in the UAE, including Filipino psychologists.

Generally, a psychologist is someone who specialises in studying the human mind and behavior. Ultimately, a psychologist can help people deal with various mental and emotional health conditions, enabling them to cope better with their lives and relationships.
