Filipino actress Kathryn Bernardo, together with her leading man Aldren Richards, was in the UAE recently for the screening of their blockbuster movie, “Hello, Love, Goodbye.” While in Dubai, she also paid a visit to an in-demand Pinoy designer who is based in the emirate.

As part of the preparations for this year’s much-awaited ABS-CBN Ball, the Kapamilya actress has teamed up with Filipino couturier Michael Cinco to create her gown. On Instagram, Kathryn re-posted a photo showing the designer taking her measurements:

The ABS-CBN Ball is an annual affair that gathers famous stars and celebrities in the Philippines. All the glitz and glamour aside, the event is held for the benefit of Bantay Bata 163, the network’s child welfare arm that aims to serve and protect Filipino children.
This year’s ball would mark the third time that Kathryn dons a Michael Cinco creation. Back in 2015, when the event was still known as the “Star Magic Ball,” the teen actress wore a white, backless dress by the Dubai-based designer:

Without a doubt, Kathryn’s fans can’t wait to see what she would be wearing on the red carpet this year. As of this writing, ABS-CBN has yet to formally announce the details, although Kapamilya Online World has posted a copy of the event’s invitation on Facebook:
