Free Check-Up Day for Filipinos in Dubai

The Consulate will hold “Alumana: Free Health and Eye Check-up” from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at its premises.

This activity is open to:

  • Filipino workers
  • Parents and families
  • Children and infants

Even those visiting for consular services that day can join the free screening.

Health + Documents in One Visit

The check-up event will happen at the same time as the Consulate’s 2nd Babies Day.

This special service day focuses on:

  • Report of Birth processing
  • Passport applications for babies

Instead of coming back on another day, families can handle documents and health checks in one trip.

What Services Are Included

The free screenings are supported by:

  1. San Lucas Medical Center
  2. Vision & Style Opticals

Services include:

  • Basic health check-ups
  • Eye screening for children and adults

These are preventive services designed to catch early health concerns.

Why This Matters for OFWs and Families

Many Filipinos in Dubai delay check-ups due to time or cost.

This event helps by:

  • Offering free and accessible care
  • Combining services in one location
  • Supporting families with young children

It’s especially helpful for parents handling newborn documents.

Part of a Bigger Community Campaign

The activity is part of the Consulate’s Pasiklab Pinoy 2026 campaign.

This program focuses on:

  1. Family-centered services
  2. Community support
  3. Practical help for everyday needs

By working with Filipino-friendly providers, the Consulate aims to improve both health and welfare of the community.

What You Should Do Now

If you plan to visit the Consulate on April 30:

  1. Arrive early to avoid long lines
  2. Bring your documents for Babies Day services
  3. Take advantage of the free health and eye screening

Note: This is a one-day opportunity to handle both health and paperwork in one visit.
