The mall is owned and operated by the Majid Al Futtaim Group, a leading real estate and property services company in the UAE, and the whole Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, for that matter. It is also one of their “City Centre” brand malls, alongside City Centre Deira, City Centre Mirdif, and City Centre Sharjah.

The mall opened on December 1, 1998, with a launching ceremony attended by none other than the ruler of Ajman, His Highness Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, and Majid Al Futtaim, the founder, owner, and president of Majid Al Futtaim Group.
Previously called Ajman City Centre, the mall was renamed “City Centre Ajman” in 2014. In July 2016, Phase 1 redevelopment started. By December 2017, a new wing comprised of 39 new stores was launched, and in 2019, redevelopment was completed. Today, the mall features almost 80 retail outlets selling local and international brands, 18 dining outlets, a Carrefour hypermarket, Magic Planet, and VOX Cinemas.
A. Shopping at City Centre Ajman
Planning to upgrade your wardrobe anytime soon? The mall has 79 retail outlets, including the following stores that showcase men’s and women’s fashion: Beverly Hills Polo Club, Brands for Less, Centrepoint, G2000, Giordano, and H&M. If it’s sportswear and sporting goods you’re after, visit the mall’s Athlete’s Co., Nike, Sun & Sand Sports, and Under Armour outlets.
Likewise, trendy fashion accessories are available at Aldo Accessories, Antonio Trading, Centrepoint, Charles & Keith, and K-Corner stores. As for watches and jewellery, you’ll see plenty of great pieces at Basel Watches, Black Stone, Damas Jewellery, Dolce Mondo, Farah Jewelry, and G-Shock. Aside from these, the mall also offers beauty products, perfumes, toys, games, electronics, home furnishings, and much, much more!

Craving for ice cream, sweets, and chocolate? Baskin Robbins, Cholala, Cinnabon, FruitPunch, Jelly Belly Ice Cream, and Keventers are also ready to serve you!
When it’s time for lunch (or dinner), bring the family to any of these restaurants for a delicious meal: Al Safeer, Doner & Gyros, Hardee’s, Jollibee, KFC, McDonald’s, Gazebo, Mado, Ocean Basket, or Paul Cafe.
C. Movies and Entertainment
Did you know that VOX Cinemas multiplex at City Centre Ajman is the only movie theatre in the emirate? That’s right! This is where you can catch the latest blockbusters, including Hollywood films, Bollywood movies, Arabic films, and foreign language movies. The 9-screen multiplex includes a VOX Kids cinema, VOX Max, and VOX 4DX for an unforgettable cinematic experience! It is located on the ground floor of the mall, nearest Parking Entrance C/D.

How to Get There
City Centre Ajman is located on Al Ittihad Street (E11) at Al Jurf district, just off the Sheikh Khalifa Interchange and north of Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Road.
If you are traveling by car from Sharjah, you can go via Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road, or take Wahda Road to Etihad Road. On the other hand, if you are coming from Umm Al Quwain, you can travel via Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road.
