Little Manila Express, a Filipino food take-away shop has recently opened in City Centre Deira. There’s plenty of Pinoy restaurants in Dubai but only a few make it inside malls, according to what I’ve noticed.
Trivia: I used to work in a retail store in this mall (DCC). Whenever lunch time comes, the only option for me to eat Filipino food in the mall is when a kabayan would pass by our shop and he would sell his ready-made food in containers. Having this take-away shop is a welcome sight so that we can bring home classic Pinoy food such and desserts.

Little Manila Express Restaurant Take-away Pinoy Food in DCC
Little Manila is a Pinoy-themed concept outlet in Dubai wherein restaurant brands such as Binalot, Fruitas, Zagu, Jay-J’s Inasal, etc. are located under one roof. Their main shop is in Rigga, but this time, they’ve expanded by opening a take-away shop in City Centre Deira.
They offer Filipino food such as chicken adobo, chicken sisig, kare-kare, bopis, afritada, bangus, bicol express, nilangang baka, bistek, etc. as well as some bread items like Spanish bread, pandesal, ensaymada, etc.
I ony dropped by the area when we visited the mall so I wasn’t able to buy some items.

This is a nice touch so that others nationalities who are not familiar with Filipino food may get a taste through this shop. It’s good introduce our non-Pinoy friends to our famous dishes, don’t you think?
While I haven’t personally visited the Little Manila in Al Rigga (as it’s out of the way from home), I will definitely be able to drop by this branch and buy food to bring home.
