This morning, October 14, 2018, an accident occurred in The Palm Jumeirah and one person was killed and two are seriously injured.
The Dubai Police has released a news update on their official Twitter account about the said accident.
Accident at The Palm Jumeirah
The truck was carrying a heavy load which caused the vehicle to lose balance. Below is the Tweet with pictures posted by the Dubai Police.
وقع صباح اليوم حادث تدهور بليغ في منطقة نخلة جميرا، حيث تفاجأ سائق شاحنة بوجود دوار أمامه، فاختل توازنه نتجية الحمولة الزائدة، ونتج عن الحادث إصابة السائق، ووفاة الراكب الثاني، أما الراكب الثالث فتم نقله إلى مستشفى راشد لتلقي العلاج. pic.twitter.com/ZEEwFiRIDz
