What is the Time Difference Between Philippines and Dubai?

Notably, the travel time would change depending on the airlines and waiting times (for stopovers). For example, if you are flying via Cathay Pacific, there is a 7 1/2-hour flight time from Dubai to Hong Kong, a 3 1/2-hour waiting time, and then 2-hour travel time from Hong Kong to Manila. All in all, this corresponds to about 13 hours of travel. Whew!
