List of Prohibited Items when Sending Packages by LBC

For safety reasons, here’s a list of items that are prohibited when sending packages to loved ones back in the Philippines. I saw this sign from the LBC Express branch in Karama and thought of sharing this information with the rest of you so you will be aware in case you will send balikbayan box to the Philippines. It is important that we know what are the allowed and not allowed thing that we can send back home.

Please make sure you don’t include these items as these are not allowed.

  • radioactive materials
  • drain cleaners/solvents
  • poisons and infectious substances
  • magnets
  • compressed gases
  • flammable items
  • corrosives
  • explosives
