#1 – Al Arab Mall

Situated across from Sharjah Expo Centre and a 10-minute drive from Dubai Airport, you will find Al Arab Mall in the exclusive Al Taawun area. Covering 258,000 square feet and 600 parking spaces, it has positioned itself as a “community mall” providing shoppers’ needs.

#2 – Al Shaab Village

With more than 250 stores, a food court, supermarket, cinema, ice skating rink, and an outdoor amusement park, Al Shaab Village is undoubtedly one of the biggest malls in the emirates — catering to residents, tourists, and visitors from around the world.

#3 – Ansar Mall

Ansar Mall is part of 17 operating centres owned by Ansar Group of Companies across Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. It is a 6-storey mall that includes fashion outlets. Homeware stores, a supermarket, and a children’s play area.

#4 – City Centre Sharjah

Owned and managed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, City Centre Sharjah is one of the emirate’s most popular shopping attractions. It offers 143 stores, a 12-screen cinema, and dining outlets. It also features Magic Planet, an entertainment centre for the whole family!

#5 – Matajer Al Juraina

Matajer Al Juraina consists of more than 35 retails stores, dining outlets, and a Magic Planet. Interestingly, it is actually just one among four Matajer centres situated across Sharjah — namely Matajer Al Juraina, Matajer Al Khan, Matajer Al Mirgab, and Matajer Al Quoz.

#6 – Mega Mall

Opened in 2002, Mega Mall is one of the biggest malls in the country — 800,000 square feet spread across four floors. Owned by Citadel Properties, it contains more than 150 retail stores, a 7-screen cinema, food court, and Antic’s Land, a family entertainment centre.

#7 – Oasis Mall

The recently opened Oasis Mall is the 10th mall owned by Landmark Group in the region. Spanning three floors, it will house different brands, including Carrefour, Centrepoint, Fun City, Home Centre, Max, Okaldi, Vincci, and lots of restaurants!

#8 – Safeer Mall Sharjah

Owned by Al Safeer Group, Safeer Mall is a three-storey establishment featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Aside from the mall in Sharjah, the group also has malls in the emirates of Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.

#9 – Sahara Centre

Opened in 2002, the Sahara Centre is one of the UAE’s most popular shopping destinations. Aside from having anchor stores such as Home Centre and Toy ‘R’ Us, it has a new extension that includes Lacoste, Mango, and Tommy Hillfiger. The centre also features Adventureland, the biggest indoor entertainment park in the country.
